My passions include innovative and simple web design, fluid graphic design, and living up to expectations. When I came to Duquesne, I was first majoring in Journalism but found myself struggling to express my creativity. Because of this urge to implement my artistic abiltiies, I switched to Digital Media Arts with a Web Development concentration. At first I was hesitant due to the immense amount of coding I thought I had to do but I soon found interest in developing - not simply designing - for the web. Ever since I switched early Sophomore year, I have not looked back and have enjoyed every second of my course work. I enjoyed myself so much that I began taking graduate level Web Design courses starting my Junior year to further challenge my abilities. So far, I have just skimmed the surface of my interest in developing for the Internet. I plan to continue my education and begin a solid foundation for a lucrative career in Web Design.
